The Senior Digital UI/UX Designer owns the full-stack design process for new and existing digital features.  They are responsible for developing digital design standards that fit Technology Credit Union’s (Tech CU’s) brand, create wireframes and prototypes, and institute reusable components for use online and in mobile applications, creating consistency in engagement and increased satisfaction from our members. This role is responsible for driving a significant aspect of Tech CU’s digital transformation strategy.

The Relationship Banker assists members with a full range of financial products and services in a retail branch setting, including banking transactions, product sales, handling negotiables and offering excellent service. The incumbent performs all duties in compliance with regulatory requirements and with minimal supervision.

The Universal Banker assists the Retail Banking organization with implementation of sales plans, quality member service and daily operations that support product sales and service objectives for Technology Credit Union (Tech CU). This includes, but is not limited to, opening new accounts, cross-sale activities, cash/transactions, loan services, business development, training, coaching and compliance.  The incumbent will support all elements of the Service Level Agreement.   The Universal Banker is expected to work at any location where a staffing need is required, regardless of the type of need.  These responsibilities and duties will be conducted while operating under the Tech CU policies, procedures and guidelines.

The Solution Architect performs design work for large and complex software projects, and the interfaces between them. This position drives adherence to standards, processes, and policies and create architecture designs and documentation for Technology Credit Union (Tech CU). Incumbent also plays a leadership role in setting the architecture of in-house-developed applications; this covers front-end web applications and back-end systems, messaging, and database systems, as well as interaction between enterprise level common components. The incumbent has exposure to Microsoft technology and is above par with technologies.
