The AVP, Central Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Central Operations department to ensure effective and efficient operations, while operating under the policy and procedures in support of Technology Credit Union’s (Tech CU) requirements for quality, efficient and seamless member service experience. This includes but is not limited to; deposit/check operations, member research requests, general ledger reconciliation, processing of subpoenas and levies, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) network management; Point-of-Service (POS), Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Debit and Credit cards and operational support of Cash Management Automated Clearing House (ACH) and wire processing. The incumbent will also perform other assignments as requested. This position also shares responsibility with other management staff for ensuring that the Operations/Finance/Accounting Division supports Tech CU goals.
