The Senior Relationship Banker offers a full range of financial products and services in a retail setting, including the more complex products/situations, with minimal supervision. The Relationship Banker assists members with a full range of financial products and services in a retail branch setting, including banking transactions, product sales, handling negotiables and offering excellent service. The Contact Center Specialist is responsible for providing support and assistance to existing members, potential members and other parties who contact Technology Credit Union (Tech CU) by telephone and/or email, including other departments. When responding to incoming phone calls and emails, the Contact Center Specialist adheres to established Tech CU policies and procedures to effectively satisfy inquiries, resolve problems, fulfill services requests and cross-sell relevant products and services as presented by the client.

The Solution Architect performs design work for large and complex software projects, and the interfaces between them. This position drives adherence to standards, processes, and policies and create architecture designs and documentation for Technology Credit Union (Tech CU). Incumbent also plays a leadership role in setting the architecture of in-house-developed applications; this covers front-end web applications and back-end systems, messaging, and database systems, as well as interaction between enterprise level common components. The incumbent has exposure to Microsoft technology and is above par with technologies.
